1. القَبول بِالشُّروط
بِاستِخدامِك لِتَطبيق جاوِب (المُسَمّى لاحِقاً «التَّطبيق» أَو «الخِدمة»)، فَإِنَّك تُوافِق على هَذه الشُّروط. إِذا كُنتَ لا تُوافِق عَلَيها، فَلا تَستَخدِم التَّطبيق.
2. الأَهليّة
يَجِب أَن يَكون عُمرُك 13 سَنة فَأَكثَر لِاستِخدام التَّطبيق. إِذا كان عُمرُك بَين 13 وَ18 سَنة، يَجِب الحُصول على مُوافَقة وَلِيّ الأَمر.
3. الحِساب وَتَسجيل الدُّخول
يَتَطَلَّب التَّطبيق تَسجيل الدُّخول عَبر حِساب Apple (على iOS) أَو حِساب Google (على Android). أَنتَ مَسؤول عَن حِفظ سِرّيّة حِسابك وَنَشاطه. يَحِقّ لَنا تَعليق أَيّ حِساب يَنتَهِك هَذه الشُّروط.
4. اللُّعبة المَجّانيّة وَالاشتِراك
كُلّ مُستَخدِم يَحصُل على لُعبة كامِلة واحِدة مَجّانيّة بَعد تَسجيل الدُّخول الأَوَّل. لِلَّعب أَكثَر، يَجِب الاشتِراك:
- اشتِراك شَهري — يَتَجَدَّد تِلقائياً كُلّ شَهر
- اشتِراك سَنَوي — يَتَجَدَّد تِلقائياً كُلّ سَنة
تَتِمّ الفَوتَرة عَبر App Store أَو Google Play. يُمكِنك إِلغاء الاشتِراك فِي أَيّ وَقت من إِعدادات حِسابك فِي المَتجَر. اللُّعبة المَجّانيّة مُرتَبِطة بِحِساب الـApple/Google وَلا يُمكِن إِعادَتها بِحَذف وَإِعادة تَنزيل التَّطبيق.
5. المَحتوى
جَميع الأَسئِلة، الصُّور، النُّصوص، وَالتَّصاميم فِي التَّطبيق مَملوكة لِجاوِب وَمَحميّة بِحُقوق المَلَكيّة الفِكريّة. لا يَجوز نَسخها، تَوزيعها، أَو إِعادة استِخدامها دون إِذن خَطّي.
6. السُّلوك المَقبول
أَنتَ تُوافِق على عَدَم:
- مُحاوَلة اختِراق أَو الإِخلال بِأَمن التَّطبيق
- استِخدام التَّطبيق لِأَغراض غَير قانونيّة
- انتِحال شَخصيّة مُستَخدِم آخَر
- تَحَدّي حُدود اللُّعبة المَجّانيّة بِطُرُق غَير مَشروعة
7. إِخلاء المَسؤوليّة
التَّطبيق يُقَدَّم «كَما هُو». لا نَضمَن خُلُوَّه من الأَخطاء أَو تَوَفُّره دائِماً. لَن نَكون مَسؤولين عَن أَيّ خَسارة أَو ضَرَر ناتِج عَن استِخدام التَّطبيق.
8. التَّعديلات
قَد نُحَدِّث هَذه الشُّروط من وَقت لِآخَر. سَنُخطِرك بِالتَّغييرات الجَوهَريّة عَبر التَّطبيق أَو البَريد الإِلكتروني.
9. إِنهاء الخِدمة
يَحِقّ لَنا إِنهاء وُصولِك لِلتَّطبيق إِذا انتَهَكتَ هَذه الشُّروط. كَما يُمكِنك حَذف حِسابك فِي أَيّ وَقت من إِعدادات التَّطبيق.
10. القانون المُطَبَّق
تَخضَع هَذه الشُّروط لِقَوانين دَولة الكُوَيت. أَيّ نِزاع يَنشَأ يَتِمّ حَلّه أَمام مَحاكِم الكُوَيت المُختَصّة.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Jaweb application ("App" or "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be 13 years or older to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18, you must obtain parental consent.
3. Account & Sign-In
The App requires sign-in via your Apple Account (on iOS) or Google Account (on Android). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity on the account. We may suspend any account that violates these Terms.
4. Free Game & Subscription
Each user receives one full free game upon first sign-in. To play more, a subscription is required:
- Monthly subscription — auto-renews each month
- Annual subscription — auto-renews each year
Billing is handled by App Store or Google Play. You may cancel any time from your store account settings. The free-game allowance is tied to your Apple/Google Account; deleting and reinstalling the App will not reset it.
5. Content Ownership
All questions, images, text, and designs in the App are owned by Jaweb and protected by intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Attempt to hack or compromise the App's security
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Impersonate another user
- Circumvent the free-game limit through unauthorized means
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be error-free or always available. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email.
9. Termination
We may terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App's settings.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Kuwait.
